The initial assessment
The first appointment is the initial assessment. Upon booking, you will complete the intake and consent forms digitally through Jane. Please review a preview of the Service Agreement to ensure you understand the scope of service. The initial meeting reviews your concerns, goals, relevant history, and suitability for ongoing therapy. Continued sessions depend on clinical appropriateness and fit.
